Pre-studies and
Design
Design department is located in Belgrade with experience in oil and gas industry, power generation, petrochemical and fertilizing plants, food and beverage industry.
Capable to provide complete service to the project: feasibility studies, obtaining permits and approvals, basic, detail and "as build" design.
Workshop
Production
We are using two workshops, in Novi Sad and Kursumlija, equipped with plasma cutting, lathe, drilling, plate and pipe bending machines, tube expanding, welding and cutting tools.
Capable to produce reservoirs, pressure vessels, columns, coolers, heat exchangers and other process equipment.
Construction
Management
PEM engineers are experienced in project planning, method statement development, supervision and management of construction works.
Successful management of projects, from simple to multidisciplinary "turn-key" is based on implementation of PMI procedures, achieving quality requirements, finishing projects on time within planed budget.
ABOUT
PEM is Serbian company, founded in 2012. with vision to be reliable partner specialized for design, production and management of "turn-key" projects. Implementing experience of 15 years working in Termoelektro Belgrade, PEM successfully finished many projects in oil refineries, gas production facilities, power and heating plants, dairy farm and mineral water factory.
We are the team of 20 experienced engineers (mechanical, technological, electrical, automation, civil, HSE, HAZOP, TECLA, FIDIC, PMP), 7 welders (111, 141, 311) and 15 fitters.
PEM is working under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-1 procedures.
Chamber of commerce and industry of Serbia awarded Excellent certificate to PEM as a reliable partner for foreign companies in Serbia.
